We are implementing a new feature called "SCOPE OF WORK" to help create a consistent approach to project scope and how scope is agreed, communicated, and confirmed between clients and experts.
After you fund a project, your expert is required to upload the SCOPE OF WORK, and you will be able to view it in the upper right corner of your project page.
The image below shows how the SCOPE OF WORK area looks like before your expert uploads the scope.
Your expert needs first to upload the SCOPE OF WORK. You will get an email reminding you to review it.
You can either accept it or reject it.
When you reject it, you can provide a rejection reason, and it will be added as a comment to the workroom. Your expert will be notified and required to update the SCOPE OF WORK, so the process repeats until you accept the SCOPE OF WORK.
After you accept the scope of work, you can view it on the top right of your project.
When your expert has finished each item in the SCOPE OF WORK, they need to mark the item as done, and when all items are marked, they can click the button "MARK PROJECT AS DONE" to notify you to mark the project as complete to release the payment to them.
How do I mark the project as complete?
When all items are marked as done by your expert and your expert marks the project as done, you will get notified and prompted to review and complete the project.
You will notice that the greyed-out button "MARK PROJECT AS COMPLETE" becomes clickable. You can click the button to mark the project as complete, and then your expert will get paid at the same time.
You will not have the option to complete the project unless your expert has marked the project as done first.
If you later discover any bugs in the delivered solution, we protect you with a full 28 days to return to your workroom to let your expert know; one of the longest guarantees in the industry.
How do I review my developer?
In the image below, you can see where you can find the button to review your developer after marking the project as complete.
