Marking projects complete; consultation projects, main projects & additional tasks

Updated this week

Marking a Consultation Project as Complete:

For consultation projects without the Scope of Work feature, locate the "MARK PROJECT AS COMPLETE" button on the right side of your workroom.

This will only mark the consultation project as complete, not any of the additional tasks.

Marking a Main Project as Complete:

For all main projects with the Scope of Work feature, you must first accept the SCOPE OF WORK. Once accepted, your expert can update you on their progress and mark the project as done, signaling that the work is ready for your review.

After reviewing the work, you can mark the project as complete to release payment to the expert. At this point, the “MARK PROJECT AS COMPLETE” button will become clickable. Once you are satisfied with the work, marking the project as complete will initiate the warranty period and release the payment to your expert.

You marking the project as complete will only mark the main project as complete, not any additional tasks.
