Your experts are always here for you, even after you mark a project as complete. When a project and all of its additional tasks are completed, it will move to ARCHIVED in your dashboard. However, the workroom of a completed project remains open, and you can message your expert at any time. They’ll reply when they’re available, and you’ll receive a notification once they do.
Your expert can also create new additional tasks in a completed project, which allows you to continue working together within the same project after completion.
28-day post-completion guarantee
You have 28 days after marking a task as complete to request fixes for any bugs or in-scope issues free of charge.
As long as the issue is related to the work delivered (and not a change made on your side afterward), your expert will address it at no additional cost.
