When you open a project and see a banner like the one shown below, it means the project was canceled on your side.
Once a project is canceled, it disappears from the expert’s dashboard. This means experts can no longer access the workroom, view your messages, or reply to you.
If you’d like to continue the conversation, the Support team can help by un-canceling the project so you can resume communication with your expert.
If you prefer, you can also start a new project and select any preferred experts you have in mind. This may be the quickest way to move forward.
