Detailed explanation:

First of all, at Codeable, we do not store credit card information.

The process of changing your credit card depends on whether you’re making a one-time payment or updating your card for a retainer (recurring payment).

For One-Time Payments

When you’re on the payment page, you can choose PayPal or Stripe to enter new card details.

If you choose Stripe:

  • You can pay with Link, which securely saves your card for 1-click purchases.

  • To update your saved card or view past purchases, visit: https://app.link.com/.

  • If you don’t want to use Link, click the button "Pay without Link" and enter any card information you prefer.

If you choose PayPal:

  • You can log into your PayPal account and update your card there.

  • You can also choose to pay with a card.

Tip: If you need to restart the payment process, simply refresh the page.

For Retainer Tasks (Recurring Payments)

If you need to change the payment method or update your card for a retainer task:

  • Contact us via live chat or email [email protected].

  • We’ll send you a secure link so you can update your payment details.
