On Codeable, clients can use Stripe or PayPal and wire transfers to fund tasks.
Stripe & PayPal
Clients can use Stripe and PayPal to fund main projects and one-time additional tasks. Additionally, projects can be divided into milestones, allowing clients to fund each phase separately as the project progresses.
For retainers, the payment provider is Stripe. Payment for retainer tasks is processed upfront before the work begins, ensuring that the expert can start the task with secured funds.
We can also make a PayPal money request and mark the task as funded manually after we receive the payment.
Phased Payments and Milestones
If you prefer not to pay the full project amount upfront, Codeable allows you to split the work into smaller phases or milestones. Initially, you only need to fund the first phase. As the project progresses, subsequent phases can be created as additional tasks by your expert. This approach ties payments to clearly defined deliverables, offering flexibility and transparency.
Wire Transfers
If you haven’t funded a task yet and need an invoice for a wire/bank transfer, please contact Support, and we will send you a proforma invoice.
We can accept wires in EUR and USD. We have a EUR account in Denmark and a USD account with Wise in the USA.
The proforma invoice contains Codeable’s business details, the amount due, Codeable’s bank account information, and, if provided, your company’s business details, purchase order, etc.
