Please click on the "ADD FILE" button at the bottom right corner of your screen to upload a file.
Depending on the size of your screen, you may need to scroll down a bit.
If you have the chatting window with the support team open, you need to close the chat window in order to see the right part of your workroom.

Larger files may fail on upload and require to be shared another way. Please ask for assistance if needed.
If your files contain sensitive info, the Credential Vault should be used as a more secure solution. Sensitive information can be pasted into or linked from the Credential Vault, but it does not accept file uploads.
