1. Updating Your Business & Invoice Information
Your invoice information must be completed before the invoice can generate correctly with your details (such as your address and VAT ID).
You can reach the settings page in two ways:
Go directly: Access the settings page via Profile -> Settings -> Invoices or click this link: https://app.codeable.io/settings/invoices.
If downloading triggers a prompt: If you try to download an invoice before completing your profile, a dialog box will appear with a button that says 'Edit My Business Information.' Click this to proceed.
Required Details to Enter:
Select whether you are an Individual or a Business.
Input your full name/business name, address, and country.
Include your VAT number or business tax ID (if applicable).
Click 'Save Changes'.
2. How to Download Your Automated Invoices
Once your information is saved and a project is funded, you can easily download automated PDF invoices directly from your transaction history.
Navigate to your Transactions page (Profile -> Transactions) or click here: https://app.codeable.io/transactions.
Find the funded transaction you need an invoice for.
Click the small download icon located next to the transaction.
This action instantly generates a PDF invoice that includes your saved personal or business details.
3. Important VAT Note (Danish Individuals/Businesses)
All invoices downloaded directly from the website currently display 0% VAT by default.
Special Exception:
We understand that in some cases, like Danish private individuals and companies, require invoices showing 25% VAT, so please do not use the self-downloaded invoices. Instead, contact our support team immediately, and we will manually prepare and issue the correct, VAT-compliant invoices for you.
