When using our site on your mobile, please scroll down to the very bottom of your screen and you should see something similar to this:
If you 'tap' on the "OPEN" blue text next to the Credential Vault, it will prompt you to enter your password. This is the password that you entered when creating your vault and is needed to be entered any time you are accessing your project from another computer, device, or after you've cleared your browser history/cache.
Currently, only information you provide can be shared/accessed via the vault. Our experts are unable to add any information to it; they can only see what you've added already.
And if you see random letter and characters and shapes after entering your password, it means that there is a typo in the password entered (basically the wrong password is being used when trying to access your vault). It's not possible to 'reset' your vault password and you may need to simply remove (delete) your vault and then add a new vault.
